This is sort of an experiment. I plan to publish all my new tech reports this way. Each entry will be an abstract with a link to the full text in PDF form. Comments will be permitted, but trackbacks will be closed to prevent spam attacks.
Some of the tech reports will be formal reports in the sense of pre-publication papers. Others will be research notes with perhaps a bit of aimless rambling.
